I am wrapped in the warmth of the sun in this scorching heat.
I see the blanket of stars flying up for me.
The river of agony has finally frozen.
God, am I allowed to be this happy?
I hear the birds singing hymns of my name,
Dressed in a golden light.
I see the breeze twirling and dancing on my skin,
Flowers offering me their crown of sacrifice.
I feel the city of my mind go silent.
The hue and cry has now come to a halt.
I watch the mountains howling love.
These mountains have watched me grow up.
Lady Rain comes once in a while to drench me of my sins.
Once in a while, my little child would come out.
It only awaits him.
But it is here, before time, dancing, playing, and climbing trees.
Now I don’t hide it, guarded in the walls of my core.
God, am I allowed to be this happy?
